Had a wow day at the gym on friday. The trainer was in she had not been there in 2 weeks so we got a new routine. I watch as she shows us the new stuff and at first my brain is saying no way. But I have learned to tell that part of the brain to shut up I spent to many years listening to it. She tells us the proper names but I nic name them all so I can memeber them all. We have one it lenghtens the muscles in my arms. we are doing lunges with the balls on our back with our arms ot stretched besides us. as well lunge down draw our arm in and as we straighten our arms strtch out. we call this one serving hors dovers.
she did 5 new ones with us. The one I am super excited about that I did was a plank were we had the weights on the ground. Lift one arm up to our chest with the weight. then lift the other arm up. do 10 the drop and do 5 push ups. did 3 sets of these. I was so excited I did this. When we started I could bearly hold a normal plank for 30 secs.And could not do a push up. It feels so amazing to have my body getting strong emoungh to do this stuff. plus losing all this weight and not having flaby arms.
