Sunday again

Let's get right to it. I lost 1.1 kg this week. emoticon

Increased my calories last few days. Maybe I was in "starvation mode". Sure didn't feel like I was starving, or even hungry most of the time. But I went from about 1400 calories to 2200 plus per day.

My exercise is almost non existent. The gym was closed all week, so all I do is walk and jog in the pool. Gym was open today, but before I did a noticeable amount of exercise I got real weak. Took my pulse and noticed I was skipping about every third beat. In medical terms I was having PVC's and then trigeminy PVC's. So I returned to my room and started resting. Am feeling great now but think I will wait a day before returning to the gym. And the pool is closed for maintenance again today, so can't do that either.
About all I am doing is walking the hallway every hour to get off my butt and away from the computer, where I am addicted to earning spark points. Boy, am I building up the knowledge about health, weight loss, and exercise. I believe "they" should make this a required web site for all nursing and medical students. So easy to comprehend most of the information here.
