Imagine that you are satisfied with your body the way it is right now. When you look in the mirror, you smile at what you see and feel no self-hatred. How does it feel to love yourself unconditionally, just as you are? If you feel down on yourself today, remember how it feels to embrace your unique body as it is right now—and remind yourself to love it at any size.
I really hate to admit it, but I really don't like what I see. What I see right now is the mess I've allowed myself to become again. I'm sure once I'm on track and starting to loose again that will change, but right now I don't know if I can. I understand that it will help. But right now it feels too much like accepting the mess I've made. Almost becoming complacent and being okay with it. I'm definitely not okay with it.
