Imagine that you are satisfied with your body the way it is right now. When you look in the mirror, you smile at what you see and feel no self-hatred. How does it feel to love yourself unconditionally, just as you are? If you feel down on yourself today, remember how it feels to embrace your unique body as it is right now—and remind yourself to love it at any size.

I really hate to admit it, but I really don't like what I see. What I see right now is the mess I've allowed myself to become again. I'm sure once I'm on track and starting to loose again that will change, but right now I don't know if I can. I understand that it will help. But right now it feels too much like accepting the mess I've made. Almost becoming complacent and being okay with it. I'm definitely not okay with it.

    This is a HUGE challenge - YOU can do it. (HUGS) you are a wonderful and beautiful person regardless of what you weigh or how big or small you may be. You deserve to be treated with respect and kindness - especially by YOU.

    Don't look some much about what you are loosing as opposed to what you are gaining. When I was obese, all I cared about was what I saw in the mirror and what the scale said. After loosing so much weight, I've realized that I could have saved myself so much heartache by changing my focus to be what I'm gaining.

Make a list of everything you are gaining by getting healthy and post it where you can see it every day. A small shift in your mind will make dramatic shifts in your body and life.

    Oprah says" when you don't like the way your body looks, concentrate on what is does instead" thank your legs for letting you walk and see the world, thank your arms for letting your carry your babies, thank your bottom for being comfortable to sit on, etc, etc, etc. She says "the only way to true wt loss is to love yourself just where you are at" I believe her!

Today concentrate on doing what you can, instead of what you can't! You can choose the best choice, you can track your cals, you can walk around the block! Good luck! Try loving yourself today, you might find it exciting!
