These are the reason's why I NEED to exercise, eat healthy, and to strive to do the best I can!
- To have healthy organs and not worry about getting Diabetes or any other conditions.
- To be happy
- So that I can be strong.
- To live life to the fullest with my husband.
- To have healthy children later on when we want children.
- I want to be an inspiration to others.
- So that I can love myself, and boost my self esteem.
- Because excercising relieves my stress.
- Because all those people that put my down throughout my life and told me I couldn't be healthy or fit was WRONG!
