Second C25k Down

Hubby and I did the second jogging session of the couch to 5k program this morning. It was even harder than the first session because my muscles were still complaining about what I did to them on Thursday. But I still did it, and I feel pretty good about it. I think I'm going to try to start doing strength training on Sundays and either Wednesdays or Fridays. That way I'll be jogging three times a week and doing strength training at least twice a week.
I have also at this point officially lost over 20 pounds! And 4 inches total off my waist have bit the dust! Yay me! I really feel like I can do it this time!
