60 Day Challenge - Days 31 to 33

I had my weekly butt kick with my trainer Thursday evening and as usual, it was really hard but fun. We have a little weight loss challenge going on and he gave me another week to try to meet my goal. He's incredibly supportive and such a great motivator! I stayed within my calorie range on Thursday.
After work on Friday I went out for drinks with some of my workmates. It's been a crazy week and we really needed a drink!
Afterwards some of us went to Chinatown for dinner. I had seafood shanghai chow mein. Yum!
After dinner we went to a drag show. I had never been but it was really fun and some of the costumes and makeup was spectacular. One of the drag queen was a fantastic dancer and a great entertainer.
I did go above my calorie range but got back on track on Saturday.
I got home really late (I'm normally in bed by 10pm!) Friday night and was hurting a little Saturday morning. But after lots of water, ibuprofen, an egg sandwich and lots of coffee felt better and I went to a Body Jam class at my gym. It was a fundraiser for the One Fund, which will support the injured and victim's families of the bombing. The class was fantastic and I felt great afterwards. We did a lot of old choreography, some routines I had really loved and it was so much fun to do them again. The class is so intense, I feel like I've sweated off at least ten pounds every class. After class I walked around the Back Bay. It was a beautiful day and so nice to be outside.
Another Body Jam class is on the schedule for Sunday and some strength training....
