A couple days early, but am going to do it while I have the time. I've been missing the focus doing so on SP gives me, not to mention getting on here checking in on my friends more regularly.
My plan for May:
1. Fine tune my eating plan then do it. Regardless. Period.
2. Status blog on here at least 1x week.
3. Pedometer steps min 8k a day, aim for 10k.
4. Start tracking 'focused' exercise again to find a baseline from which to build upon.
I'll do my starting measurements tonight and tomorrow morning and post specifics for the week tomorrow or Monday.
