Lack of sleep, repelling/attracting ghost and a jump rope! The next few days should be interesting

Saturday, April 27, 2013

So the past few days since my "nightmare" I haven't been sleeping well at night. The lack of sleep is really getting to me and today I just feel sick and I have a headache. I just took a short one hour nap forced my self awake! I NEED TO SLEEP AT NIGHT! Unless we're investigating.... But I really need to try to get my body on a sort of schedule as far as sleeping goes. Seriously, not sleeping is bad for the body. I feel more stressed out and my body aches for no reason. My eyes hurt, my head aches, last night I was feeling sick to my stomach. It really is taking a toll on this body.

On the plus side mom bought me a jump rope. Nothing fancy, just a cheap nylon jump rope from wal mart that was like 4 bucks. I'm hoping to be able to start using that thing tomorrow after I sleep tonight.

I was supposed to ride into Joliet today with mom and dad to take him to work and pick up our SUV (Dad had gotten a blazer from a co-worker and he can't drive 2 vehicles home lol) But the way I was feeling I decided that it was in my best interest to stay home. I tried taking an hour nap last night before having to wake mom up at 3 but I just laid in bed feeling like I was gonna throw up at any time. After they left I ended up curling up in their bed instead of having to walk outside to come to my garage. I slept okay but didn't feel any better after waking up. Mom knows I haven't been sleeping well, my brother wasn't sleeping well either when he was here in this garage. She believes that it could be the ants or that there could be something in here spiritually that's keeping us from sleeping. She does believe in the paranormal but isn't as obsessed as I am. Shes more of the alien type but isn't crazy about it.

Nick and I are hoping to get some blessed herbs before we investigate again just so we can purify ourselves before coming home so we don't bring unwanted visitors home with us. Yesterday, mom and I looked in wal mart for some sage incense cones but they didn't have any. All they had was "Spiritual" so I got that instead. I'm expecting spirits to be attracted to my room instead of being repelled by it!! LOL. This should be interesting.

On the plus side I have a jump rope now. LOL.

It could be spooks in the garage making you ill - it could also be dust, mold, gasoline fumes, mouse droppings and many more reasons, including just scaring yourself.

Don't rely on WalMart incense to keep you protected. You need to learn to protect yourself psychically - there are a lot of books available on this topic, but basically what you can do is draw an egg around yourself and fill it with the light of God/dess or Universal love or whatever you are comfortable with. Remember, nothing can get into your brain or your body unless you invite it or let it in - your body is your "property", and the Earth plane is your plane of existence - no one and nothing can take that from you.

Get a white sage smudge stick (eBay, if nothing else), light it, and go around the whole area, letting the smoke into every corner. As you do this, say out loud something like, "This is my space, and only spirits that come in love and light are welcome here. Everyone and everything else, OUT." Be confident, assert yourself, but there's no need to be all dramatic. It's like spring cleaning.

There are some small energies - I call them elementals, but that term means different things to different people - who just enjoy basically going, "Boo!" whenyou walk by. They create a creepy feeling just for their own entertainment. If you suspect this, just tell them firmly that this is your plane, to leave you alone, and mean it. Don't be afraid - they can't do any actual harm to you other than make you uncomfortable in your own space.

I have a lot of experience with this sort of thing - feel free to SparkMail me if I can do anything to help you.
