When I start to feel that feeling of stress and impending doom, I find it helpful to write out a list of things that I am grateful for, no matter how small they may seem.
my healthy children
a roof over my head
food in the house
internet and phone (lol)
solutions to beat situational depression
my ability to walk, talk, move, clean
plenty of clothes (even if I have yet to put them in the washer for the day, lol)
opportunities not yet explored
Okay, that's just the beginning, but if I do that, I HAVE to be happy! There are so many people out there who do not have these things. I AM Blessed. I have reasons to smile!
