I didn't exercise yesterday and I'm not exercising today and I may not exercise tomorrow.
I only have 2 more weeks left of school, 2 more weeks of algebra left, and then I am home free. I have been spending my time not working on algebra. Algebra is not my best subject. Tomorrow, after church, I have to take my last exam and then next Friday I take the final. I have to, have to, do better in this course than I did last time.
So, I have just switched my focus, temporarily.
As a result I can report that not exercising makes me feel kind of icky. I have less energy and I feel more sleepy. Also, I want to eat more.
I miss exercise.
It isn't as though I've given up moving altogether for the sake of algebra.
However, my regular routine is to wake up around 5 and after messing around for a bit, to take my dog for a mile run after doing about 10 minutes of Zumba. Then, usually on every one of my breaks I do at least 10 minutes of Zumba. I also may do 20 - 40 minutes of Zumba during lunch of after work. If it's an off day, then I usually go to an hour long Zumba class. I usually burn 2500 - 3000 calories a day.
Let's see .... yesterday I burned .... 2143.
Oh well, it's only a couple of days.
It has taught me something though. I don't ever want to go back to not exercising again.
