Getting back on track.

As a member of the BLC Challenge, I've really been half-assing this challenge. I haven't been paying attention to what I'm eating (not really, anyway), and exercise has been non-existent. Today is the day I'm kicking myself in the butt and getting my head back in the game. How can I expect to see results if I don't put in the effort?

Today I dusted off the WiiFit and did 35 minutes -- and it was tough! I've got a lot to do, but I've started.

    GOOD FOR YOU! You know, I realized last year that progress could also be measured in the length of time it takes me to stop starting over. Seriously. It used to take years. Then months. Then weeks. Finally, I'm down to days. One day, it will just be second-nature and starting over will be a thing of the past.

So, consider this progress - because it truly is. Enjoy your workout TOMORROW!
