Getting back on track.

As a member of the BLC Challenge, I've really been half-assing this challenge. I haven't been paying attention to what I'm eating (not really, anyway), and exercise has been non-existent. Today is the day I'm kicking myself in the butt and getting my head back in the game. How can I expect to see results if I don't put in the effort?
Today I dusted off the WiiFit and did 35 minutes -- and it was tough! I've got a lot to do, but I've started.
