I took some new pictures today for my periodic updates!
I'm finally back down to where I was before my snack attacks hit!
And I found some non-scale victories, too!
I noticed that my fingers don't look quite so fat and chubby as they used to! My fingers are short, so it makes a big difference in the appearance of my hands! And then I noticed that the hairbands that I keep on my wrist aren't leaving indentation marks anymore! WOOHOO! No more cutting off the circulation in my hand just to make sure I have an extra hairtie! I'm not sure when it happened, but I just noticed it!
I have already gone for a 3 mile walk today, but I might go out again this evening... I was planning on doing jogging intervals, but got distracted by walking with a neighbor... so jogging hasn't happened yet today.... yet being the key word.
I'm on track with my water and I've tracked everything that I've eaten so far today.
