Weekend Food Prep!

Meal Plan For the Week Includes...

Today I sliced up a pineapple, hard-boiled a dozen eggs, made the chai spice mix, made the braised cabbage, made the garlic sauteed spinach, made the mashed cauli, cooked the spaghetti squash, put the meat in the fridge to thaw, and made the breakfast sausage. OH! and I made a batch of kale chips to snack on at the movies.

    I don't eat primal, but I have to say thanks for the idea of food prepping early in the week. It's just something I hadn't thought of before. emoticon Your menu sounds lovely!

    It's always so helpful to get the food prep done ahead of time. It really helps to minimize the slip ups .... looks like a tasty week ahead!
