Meal Plan For the Week Includes...

Today I sliced up a pineapple, hard-boiled a dozen eggs, made the chai spice mix, made the braised cabbage, made the garlic sauteed spinach, made the mashed cauli, cooked the spaghetti squash, put the meat in the fridge to thaw, and made the breakfast sausage. OH! and I made a batch of kale chips to snack on at the movies.
