Wk 107 Weigh In

This week felt super long to me. My diet was pretty bad and I just wasn't feeling up to snuff, probably because my weight was up and showed no signs of wanting to leave! But the last couple of days I pushed myself pretty good and was actually surprised by my weigh in this morning.

Here's the numbers for this week:

Weight : 212.6
Lost : .6 (6/10ths)
Total : 104.6

So another small loss, but it's more than last week! I'm still moving in the right direction, I'm not setting any records for speed, but I'm still moving!

For some reason I woke up about an hour and a half earlier this morning than I usually do, so today is going to be long and there might even try to sneak a nap in somewhere. However I usually find it very difficult to sleep when the sun is up, but I'm willing to give it a shot!

That's about all I have for now. I hope everyone enjoys their weekend and gets plenty of rest for next week.

Listen to your body and if it says "Nap Time" then take a nap...

    Hi, you are continuing to lose weight and move towards your goals which is great, and you are not gaining any weight which is wonderful. I think you are doing a phenomenal job! Slow and steady wins the race (not that you are racing against someone else but more that you are racing against the possibility of being overweight and unhealthy LOL). emoticon emoticon

    Well you did it moved toward your goals...and admittedly said you did not eat as good as you could have. Just think what you could have done if you ate better.... well there is another week coming up...and waiting for you. Enjoy your weekend and ready yourself for the battle ahead. Maybe you will lose a whole pound. Anyway it is a great accomplishment to keep on keeping on.......You will eventually "get yer done"! emoticon emoticon

    Congrats on the loss! You are moving in the right direction (especially when you can account for the amount you lost ...)

Great job being self aware adn good luck on the nap - I cant sleep either during the day! Sometimes I find the best alternative is a book and my bed for an hour or so ... just to let my body relax.

You are being steady and determined so pat yourself on the back...and keep moving forward. emoticon It looks like you've come a long ways in your journey and I know have had many victories along the way. Look at those and write them down. It will motivate you and keep you from being a little discouraged. I look at you and see success. emoticon Believe in all that you are!
