This week felt super long to me. My diet was pretty bad and I just wasn't feeling up to snuff, probably because my weight was up and showed no signs of wanting to leave! But the last couple of days I pushed myself pretty good and was actually surprised by my weigh in this morning.
Here's the numbers for this week:
Weight : 212.6
Lost : .6 (6/10ths)
Total : 104.6
So another small loss, but it's more than last week! I'm still moving in the right direction, I'm not setting any records for speed, but I'm still moving!
For some reason I woke up about an hour and a half earlier this morning than I usually do, so today is going to be long and there might even try to sneak a nap in somewhere. However I usually find it very difficult to sleep when the sun is up, but I'm willing to give it a shot!
