This is a whole new world for me!
I saw a chart for My Points since I began SP in Jan. 2008.
I had no idea there was a chart for that --and for many other things.
One thing I changed was related to the montly fitness minutes chart.
I have been wanting to hit 1000 minutes per month. But the numbers under the place where I record my water aerobic workouts did not seem right. I had the weekly minutes goal set wrong.
so I went back to MY TRACKERS/MY REPORTS/MY FITNESS MINUTES chart
I had to set minutes per workout and how many times a week I worked out.
I wanted the total minutes for the month to be 1000.
I only have it set for the water aerobics. Some days have 2 classes. So I said 4 times a week at an average of 63 minutes a day.
Actually I try to do
Mon Wed Fri 45 min
Tue Thur 90 min
To get 1000 min per month I have to add some of my own exercise minutes to each class.
Hopefully now I can see exactly how close I am to my 1000 fitness minutes per month.
