What Self-control? Burning Out!!!

This week has been a horrible week for consuming food for me. No self-control! Giving in to cravings, not following portions. Not even putting the usual 110% into my workouts, just feeling defeated! Waking up everyday saying to myself that it's a new day and I can make better choices and bounce back, back but don't follow through with it. I am burning out and it is stressing me out but that is definitely not helping. Stepped on scale this morning and that just wrecked my morning. I put back everything I've worked so hard to lose these past 3 weeks. Aaaaaarrrrrrggggggghhhhhhh!!!!

    Pick one thing you're going to do to start the cycle towards getting back on track. Embrace it. Then another. ...and before you know it you will be back on track. Don't try to do it all at once. You probably didn't jump ship all at once either. Be kind to yourself. Baby steps. Hang in there.

    It's hard to stop the junk food/big portion cycle once I start, I know. But maybe if you get rid of the stuff in your house that's causing you food stress you'll have an easier time saying no? Don't give up! You can start fresh!

    I know it's a tall order but try not to beat yourself up about it. Do you have a lot of stress going on in other areas of your life right now? If so, maybe scale back to just making one healthy decision at a time (cheetos versus carrots for a snack, watch tv for 15 minutes or go for a walk) until you feel better about things. You sound exhausted!
