Springing into Action Week 10 Challenge

This week our main challenge was to do 6 core exercises that were chosen for us at least 3 times this week. I think I did pretty well although I have tough time doing the exercises when you just read the instructions and look at the pictures. There's just something about seeing someone do the video that makes it easier for me. Although this isn't my favorite way to exercise I must say THANK YOU for this challenge. These exercises were amazing!!! I could really feel the burn!!!! And I really felt it in my abs the next day!!!! I will definitely be incorporating these exercises into my routine!!! Thank you again.

Our bonus challenge was to have 4 high protein snacks this week. The ones I chose were:
apple with peanut butter
celery with peanut butter
sugar snap peas and hummus
string cheese and almonds

I love the hummus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for broadening my horizons on snacks!!!! Keep them coming.

So far in this challenge I have lost 5#, 7", and lowered my BMI by 2.6%!!! Thanks everyone for all your support and thank you leaders for the great challenges!!! Looking forward to the rest of this challenge!!! WE CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! emoticon emoticon
