Breakfast
Coffee, milk, sugar x3
Grape nuts, raisins, almonds, milk


Lunch
Giant salad, greens, cucumber, peppers, mushrooms, radishes, vinaigrette, topped w/cottage cheese


Pear tree martini hour
Pear vodka, st. Germain, lime juice and bitters


Later in the evening I made another to go with dinner. Asked for some help getting a proper martini glass from the top shelf...


Dinner was kashi pilaf with sautéed onions, mushrooms, garlic and asparagus


Late in the evening I had two squares of espresso dark chocolate
