One of the important points about SparkPeople, I think, is that it's better to make a small, consistent lifestyle change, than a complete overhaul that causes a rebound effect in a few weeks.
The most important thing for me, right now, is getting more sleep. I haven't been able to make that lifestyle change yet.
I can't add more sleep in the morning, so I must go to bed earlier. End of story.
