I've always thought of myself as a 'very intuitive' person. Before I retired, I was always the one who could pick up vibes that someone in my office was out of sorts. Once the person could talk to someone (me) about whatever was bothering them, they felt better. I always felt good about "being there" for them. Now when it comes to eating, I'm not so sure that intuition carried through. Not sure because sometimes, when I'm stressed about something or someone, I actually THINK I'm hungry when I'm not. Although I've gotten over that, pretty much, after I learned that if you drink water you can feel fuller. Duh!!! It really works!
Today my challenge is to eat intuitively. I'm going to simply concentrate on the challenge and mentally record any changes I see in my "normal" behavior. We'll see just how intuitive I have become! Wish me luck!!!
