so the first day back on track went well, managed to avoid the mindless eating at the end of the day, prepared two great plant-based meals, took the time for a 5-mile run/walk for the first time in months, plus another 4 miles in small walks through the day, hit 20,000 steps on the fitbit. and this morning the scale was kinder (probably shedding travel water weight as well), and i even managed to do a video and some weights.

intrigued by "FANS" on at goal and maintaining - Fitness Attitude Nutrition Self-control - may take a serious look at it as a tool to get back on track.
