It's way to easy to give in to temptation. I sadly gave in a lot today. I decided to do a little exercise on my lateral strider. Not sure what to put that under on my exercise tab so I put stair stepper, at first I had it under elliptical but that burned 100 more calories, I don't feel that's what I did so I went with stair stepper. I rather have burned more calories and tracked less the think I burned more and didn't.
Well I had a good day at work! I even took the girls to walmart to do some walking indoors lol. I felt guilty for my massive amounts of carbs and poor eating so I did my strider. Some day I'll get back in the groove...right?
