Today was so rainy, cloudy and drippy. One of those " I could skip the gym" kind of days.
The thought crossed my mind but then the thought of my goal and what I wanted pushed it away. I put on my workout clothes and away I went to the gym. Had a great workout of 30 mins on bicycle and then 30 mins of run/walk.
Feels good on the flip side!
