We are in between BLC 21 and 22, which is considered a break for 8 weeks.
This break has let me reflect on what I have been doing wrong for the last couple of months and what I am succeeding at.
I hit my 70lb loss on Feb 9th and since then I have been struggling to lose another 10. Since the break I've lost 2.8lbs in the last couple of weeks. That's the most in a while.
Some of my changes-
a. Changed my breakfast from multi-grain cheerios with a banana to Oatmeal with a banana.
b. added the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred in order to shake up my routine since I mainly workout at the gym.
c. Going back to recording my CICO.
The one thing I can still work on is my snacking. I've been great the last few days, but it's hard for me to be good everyday. I know I snack when I'm bored. I try to get my mind off of it when I start thinking about snacking.
I'm still working out hard and drinking my water.
My original goal was to hit the 100lbs off by August 31st. I'm at 79.8 right now. I technically can still do it in the next 4 months! I'm not going to focus on the numbers, but to continue toning and becoming stronger!!
