Went to the gym this morning, I enjoyed the elliptical for the 30 minutes I was on it. I did some strength training and it all felt good.
Went to work this afternoon, it was pretty busy which was nice because it kept me hopping.
Walked over 10,000 steps today, love it when I do that.
Tomorrow is another day of work.
