My biggest hangup in finding 10,15, even 30 minutes of exercise each day .. well... are a couple of things. I hardly watch TV. I love my internet. I do genealogy searches on the internet. I look for sewing projects to make for my kids. I read the news, check my email, pinterest daily. I love the thrill of a hunt to find missing information to further family lines back in time. I love seeing how far back I can take a branch in the family tree with some dating back to 1500s. It takes a lot of time to verify the information one at a time for each individual and to document it. I facebook. It helps me keep in contact with family I've not seen in a number of years, friends I've not spoken with since high school and college, and friends I've recently left because of a move. Internet is a good thing. It can also be too much of a good thing.
Entertainment for my toddler. I love listenint to Pandora with my kids. The silly toddler songs are very fun! We end up dancing to the funny songs!
I will set a goal to not use the internet unless I have a proactive purpose that actually has a positive out come than wishing and dreaming to be able to do all the healthy things I see on Pinterest.
