I have been quite stressed over the past few months related to my job. I received a promotion several months ago and for the past three months it has been very stressful. I am working out and eating okay. I have no weight loss and my abdomen seems to be getting larger. I cannot stop eating sweets at least once per day. I've tried the sweet tooth challenge without success. I think this is related to my stressful life.i am joining this the Stress challenge to focus on relying on The Lord to get me through my days until He opens another door for me. Iw ill post me stress journal on my blog. So I am starting right now by taking off my TV and saying a prayer.
