I completed both my walks today, lunch 2.6 miles and after work with my husband, 2 miles. My feet are really sore. I didn't get to walk yesterday. I had to leave work early to go get the stress test for my heart. I was told everything was okay and to keep walking.
I've been kind of lazy about my diet lately. I still log my food but I haven't been paying attention to the sodium intake. My plan for the next week is to lower my sodium intake. I can do it!
