Not a good think to do...

I'm tired today. I droped off my car to get a flat fixed then walked to the gym. I worked out for 2 hours then walked back to my car. I drank a protein smoothie from jamba juice on the way back to my car. I got home, did some chores, laundry and dishes then had to run to the store to get stuff I needed with the family. Then I started to feel really shakey. I relized that I didnt eat in 4 hours and I normally eat every 2-3 when I go to the gym. No cooking for me. I had to make an emergency stop to fast food so that I didnt pass out. Note to self... bring a protein bar or shake EVERY WHERE with you so that this doesnt happen again. That scared me. But now that I got some food in my tummy I feel so much better!

    So glad you caught it before it became a big problem! Now that you've determined that you should carry provisions with you, you'll make sure it doesn't happen again.

    It helps to carry around a water bottle around at all times, with a good healthy drink in it. Good for you for catching this before it got any worse!

    That is really scary! That is why I always carry around random snacks in my purse
