Pleasant surprise to have a shorter day and home early. I helped Mom feed the lambs . He first affected lamb is very nor mal now. She spent a long time playing chase with Tom Thumb. I settled Baby Hughey in the thick tall grass to pad his joints and let him soak up some sunshine.
I am a bit aggravated that I can't seem to get ahead of fatigue but I do get most things done that I put on my to do list.
Tommorrow is a local horse show which I am helping with.

emoticon Tomorrow, I love ya'...it's only a day away! emoticon :) (the song from little orphan annie) Dare you to read your last few blogs, regarding tomorrow.. :) and I'm not talking about the horse show. (Hope you have a lot of fun there!) A better tomorrow starts NOW.

The fruit salad sounds great! (I have problems at my daughter's-they have all the fun, trendy new foods, even if they're low on calories, they still add up!

As for fatigue and getting sleep, it's not really appropriate to suggest counting sheep in this context, is it? Hope you get some rest! (and check your iron levels! maybe put some fresh spinach under the fruit salad http://www.livestrong.com/article/3

Happy to hear everyone...and lamb...is on the mend. You are so right about spending time with your mom. My mom only lived a few days after they confirmed she had liver cancer. She was ready to go, and asked everyone to pray for either complete healing, or for God to take her home quickly. She was in so much pain the last day that I prayed constantly for God to take her home.

So, spend a lot of time with your mom. emoticon

Hmm...probably should have used spell check on the phone...I see errors. Just a note..I spent the evening watching TV with Mom. I feel like I need to make time for her as I know these last years won't be forever and good intentions don't always get done. I suspect that I could do some exercise at the same time and cover both bases...lol.
The lambs are doing better and that helps my general outlook. While I am still anxious for Baby Hughey...the youngest, I am keeping him safe, warm, clean and nourished. He took almost a full bottle at this last feed before morning and didn't seem as uncomfortable as earlier in the day. I also stand him up and let him bear weight for a minute or so while I massage the muscles and flex his joints. He will get an antibiotic injection in the morning.
I still am not doing well on my last meal of the day. I think being home and having access to whatever I want when I am anxious is just not good. However...there is a big container of fresh fruit salad and my plan is to work on the anxiety and eat more healthy tommorro. I will be busy most of the day so that will keep me from most of my mindless eating.
Thanks to everyone keeping up with me and thanks for your thoughts and prayers. I am very happy to report that I am moving sooo much better than last week and before with the knee injury and I am almost up to speed. I am so thankfull for that.
