ZCUT #3 revisited...

Just a quick blog entry so that everyone and I can revisit my results as needed...

When I first did ZCUT 3 I was only able to get out 2 rounds. (It is an AMRAP) But this time I got 2 rounds plus 7 reps into the first of the four exercises! WOOT!

With hard work comes progress :)

    Thank you! I was shooting for at least 5 reps in but got more, so that really made my day :) Next time I want to finish out the first exercise and be AT LEAST heading into the second. I think Zuzka only got 2.5 xs and was about halfway through the 3rd exercise. :D
