I ran/walked 5 miles today for my 10k training program. I also walked 5 minutes to warm up, 10 minutes to cool down, did some stretches and came home and mowed my back yard for another 27 minutes. I'm hoping that I don't burn out half-way through work tonight! I slept about 4 hours this morning after I took my son to school. The other son stayed home with a stomach ache and slept at least as long as I did.
