I am exhausted, beat so tired. anyway naturopath said lets continue on for 6wks cos still now have to get the gluten out and see how I do, if not any better then elimination diet. She kept me on the probiotics, and magnesium, and gave me a diff antiinflammatory type supp has curcumin, broemelain and a few other things so she is hoping the combo may work better.
Anyway will see willing to try. Told her having issues with meals and she gave me some ideas.

Now I am so so so so tired, no idea why but had a nap at 7 for 20 mins till allie woke me up. Going to make a cup of tea and go to bed. my back is aching and I am just tired. So much for getting stuff ready this eve for going to trailer........

    natural is the way to go hope you get your sleep in so very important i slept twelve hrs told you ive been tired lately

    Sadly, natural healing always seems to take a long time to kick in. On the other hand, when you finally get it all figured out, you'll actually be regaining your health instead of just taking medications to cover your symptoms. It'll be worth it. emoticon

    I have heard really good things about curcumin, It will be interesting to see how this works. I am hoping they stumble on the key to solving this problem.
