Being sick as a diet? Just kidding!

Seriously though, I've been sick all week and somehow I lost 4 lbs. I haven't cared what I've eaten or exercised at all, but I lost 4 lbs. Maybe my body just needed a couple high calorie days and to get a little rest.

Next week I'll get back to working out and dieting. This week, still healing.

    PS, I just saw you do roller derby. I recently saw an ad for a team here in Milwaukee, hadn't known there was one and this was literally my thought "hm, maybe I'll join...I'd have to learn how to skate.." haha! Maybe one day.

    People will say you're probably losing muscle mass but if you can keep the weight off when you go back to normal life, hey, I'd take it! But first, get well!
