I am back from my mini-vacation and I did pretty well getting exercise and I didn't go crazy eating either
me. I did learn though that eating away from home is NOT as easy as I told myself it would be. Eating out every meal is HARD!!! I was bombarded
on every side by shakes and fries and ice cream and every other delicious monstrosity there is.
I did not give in to the desire for fries or a shake(REALLY HARD), I did however slip one time.....I ate some pepper poppers.....I thought that they were just fried peppers, kinda like pickle-o's like Sonic use to sell. No, they were peppers stuffed with cream cheese then deep fried. They were delicious...I instantly regretted eating them.
I kicked myself in the seat for letting my fat loving self take control for all of the 15 seconds it took to order them.
I am home now and hopefully I will not have gained a ton and have to start over.....we will see in the morning. What is really bothering me is that before we left for our mini-vacation I was down another 2 pounds......a total of 27 pounds........I am afraid I may have to re-lose those.
I did not find anything to replace the shoes as a reward for 25 pound...I will....I like the idea of a pedicure.
I did get the opportunely to use a fancy treadmill, I only got to use it for 30 minutes but I really liked it. Then the next day I walk around the zoo all day from about 9 am to 4 pm. We had a good time.
I have to mention that I am certain that I would have messed up royally if my sweet hubby had not been there reminding me how far I have come, and encouraging me to

The importance of tracking my food is all the more clear to me too. It keeps me in check
