The best part about working out and eating healthy are the wonderful changes our bodies go through. When I look in the mirror I'm starting to notice my abs are starting to get some definition-I don't have close to a 6 pack yet, but I tell my husband I have a 2 pack.
My arms are getting toned and have some muscle definition when I flex them. People I work with are starting to make comments like, "Are you losing weight? You look great! How much have you lost? What's your secret?" It is comments like those when I realize I am succeeding at my goals. I've never felt better. I rarely have a headache anymore which usually by the afternoon I would. I feel that has to do with all of the water I'm drinking. I love the fact that I've done a 5K and am taking boot camp classes. I'm really striving to be a healthier me and so far so good. Thank you SparkPeople because you keep me on track and help me stay motivated.
