Sparking & Losing

I have been away from home for over a week. Regardless of where I travel, I relax and feel at home when I have wifi and can Spark. I made a point of taking my scale with me and weigh in daily. With the warmer weather I have some water retention but regardless I know my weight is trending downwards.
Today I hit a milestone on Spark Points; I have now done all the 'Read a Health A-Z topic'. I am thrilled!!! I love Spark and dutifully read these topics but it made me feel a little down. I am glad to be done with them! But now I can be a knowledgeable and sympathetic listener to most hypochrondriacs... too much information sometimes.
Success builds success. I set the bar low and focused on one thing, Nutrition Tracking. I didn't have to stay within my calorie range, I just had to record my food and beverages. When I got the Nutrition Tracking streak going strong, I added the daily walk.

Got to scoot, doing spring cleaning here and looking after my daughter as she heals from surgery. The weather in Las Vegas is nice this time of year.
