Back to where I was last week. It took a day or two longer than a week, but I'm glad I didn't change my ticker this time. I'm generally pretty rigorous about that sort of thing. If I get sloppy then I record the results.... the thing is that I still can't figure out what happened last week. I didn't stop exercising. I didn't blow my diet. No doughnuts. No pizza. None. Maybe additives in that store bought salad? Maybe. I guess there comes a point when you just have to let it go and forget about it.
I've been sticking with my food and exercise plan and it's working.
it's a big relief.
