Whew! Finally!

Friday, April 26, 2013

Back to where I was last week. It took a day or two longer than a week, but I'm glad I didn't change my ticker this time. I'm generally pretty rigorous about that sort of thing. If I get sloppy then I record the results.... the thing is that I still can't figure out what happened last week. I didn't stop exercising. I didn't blow my diet. No doughnuts. No pizza. None. Maybe additives in that store bought salad? Maybe. I guess there comes a point when you just have to let it go and forget about it.
I've been sticking with my food and exercise plan and it's working.
it's a big relief.

Is it not sick that ONE meal, ONE item even, can cause you to have to put in a week's effort to undo the damage? How unfair! It was just this realization that made me realize just how important diet is and how important consistency is!

DON'T forget about it! You worked hard for this victory! emoticon

And I hope you ARE able to figure out what happened so that that particular pitfall can be avoided in the future! (hey, it is worth a week's effort!)

Your weight will go up and down and up and down but eventually it gradually stays down a little and then you get the big surprise. I have lost 25 lbs and it took 8 months to do it. Be patient! emoticon
