Moving Forward

I dashed out of the office yesterday at noon because I was suffocating, and took a walk. Met up with a noon walker -- she walks by my office every day, and has done it for years. We exchanged phone ##s, and are going to try to walk together. I asked her to text me as she approaches, and, if I can get away, I'll catch up with her. My entire walk is probably about a mile or so.

After getting great support and tips from Dee, I'm going to try to do a little yoga. I know that I can at least breathe, and that should help with stress.

I'm still all about my Maybe Weekend. This morning, what sounded best to me was a couple of hours in the backyard tomorrow, deadheading the roses. And baking bread and making veggie soup. Who knows what will strike my fancy tomorrow!

Even if you just breath for 5 minutes you'll relieve a lot if stress and tension. emoticon
My maybe weekend is going to be interrupted my having to work a few hours, but afterwards its fair game!

It is much more fun to have some-one to walk with you are so busy walking and talking
that time seems to fly.. Enjoy!!
