Can't argue with progress

I feel positive as I'm about half way to my weight loss goal of 25 pounds. I really need to turn up the notch on my exercise goals. Maintaining the food tracker has really helped me stick to a calorie restriction. I figure I need a 500 calories minimum deficit per day to reach my goal. This includes diet and exercise.
