Its been a while

Friday, April 26, 2013

So I moved, which is very common when your hubby is in the military. I was so blessed to have had been stationed at home for the first 4 years of our marriage, but I guess its time to move on. I have missed working out but between moving, unpacking and finding a place to live I haven't been able to work out. I personally miss it, absurd I know, but I miss the feeling of getting to a goal and feeling accomplished :) So back on the ban-wagon for this girl.

On a different note, I have maintained my weight loss and have actually lost a couple of pounds this month. Which was surprising to hear considering I wasn't working out or eating the healthiest. But I figure that's not an excuse to just stop and be like okay I'm done, I have not reached my goal yet. My first step to starting my workouts is to feel better... so I think I'm fighting some sort of bug not for sure. All I know is I have a sore throat and been sniffling a lot. I feel worse for my son, he just got an ear infection and has been pretty much in a constant state of tears.

Well I'm glad to be back my Spark Buddies, I can't wait to see all of us reach our goals and to achieve a better view of ourselves. emoticon

Hi DREA6789, first off I want to thank your husband for his service in the military. I am very grateful for all of our beautiful servicemen and women who put their lives on the line for all of us. Please know that you are all in my daily prayers!

Second, that is fantastic that you have been able to maintain your weight loss during the process of moving into a new community.

I hope you are just feeling some signs of seasonal allergies rather than a cold or flu. I also hope your little boy is feeling better.

I wish you the best of luck in your new home. emoticon
