Okay, now that you have that out of the way, I'm just quickly going to jot down a couple mini-weekend goals for me to keep in mind.
1. WATER!! Do not let it slack off now...I've got a solid streak going and I don't plan on losing it now just because it's the weekend.
2. Prep food for the week - part of this is that I need to start finding those ways of cutting down calories and carbs because they are getting out of control. Veggies instead of chips, pitas instead of two slices of bread. You know, the little substitutions that make instead of break ya!
3. Spend at least a little time getting some Vitamin D!
It's supposed to be in the 80's this weekend and I'm going to enjoy it!
