goals and radishes

I got a nice surprise this morning when I peeked into the garden and saw that that the radish seeds are growing! Yay! I don't even like radishes that much, it's just fun to grow things.

Today I am going to start a blog every morning (pretend it's still morning right now) setting my goals for the day. Tomorrow I will review whether I met today's, and so on.

So today's goals are:

Mindful eating for one meal
40 minutes dog walk
9 cups of water
Begintervals 2
wk2 d2 of squats
wk2 d2 of situps
wk1 d2 of pushups

It's 12:30 p.m. and so far I haven't completed any of these. Gotta get movin'.
