Hi y'all,

I have been helping our daughter this week get ready to move. Repairing things and packing. Today we start the moving. At home I have been repainting my guest bath room. So, I skipped going to the Gym on Mon. but I made it on Wed. Going there has really helped me stay on track with Callanetics and I love that.

I tried out the Elliptical Machine for the first time Wed. and I loved that too. I could only do 10 minutes but, my heart rate was up to 155 and it was so easy on the knees. The back of my calves are a little sore so, I'm guessing it's from the Elliptical.

I plan to go to the Gym today but, we have to move things today also, we shall see if I can work it in.
