For today's visualization exercise, imagine that you are a professional athlete and need to keep your body and mind in peak shape. Carry this mindset with you today to work toward being your best self!
I remember getting to this mindset when I was training and at my peak for weight loss and running progress. I had to work every day at my motivation, but it seemed to come easier than it is now. Nutrition? Well, that's when I learned the better I eat, the easier my workout is the next day. I'm slowly trying to get back there. Maybe slowly isn't the way to go to get back to this mindset. If I focus on eating for fuel, and faking the motivation, I just might be able to get there again.
