- today, i am "supposed to " run W6D3 of c25k. it's one long 22 min run. but after my kettlebell work out yesterday (i used a heavier bell for about half the time) and i had a 4K walk this morning, i'm pretty tired out. so instead of attempting this run and probably not doing that great, i'm putting it off until this weekend or monday. i feel like my body needs the rest, so i'm gonna listen. i don't want to burn out!
- as a reward to myself for completing one month (next wed), i've ordered myself a little present.. a super sweat wicking head band. should help keep sweat/hair out of my face for running and biking, and it only cost $8. i'm hoping it arrives next week.
- another busy weekend planned, so i'm going to just focus on making good food choices, in case i don't get much exercise time in (though i'll try).
- i have a family event to go to in the beginning of June. by then, i'll be 8 weeks completed, and i'm using that as my motivation to keep on track. i want to feel good about all that i've accomplished by the time that date comes around.
