Today I'm back on track

It's been about 3 weeks since I posted last and it has not been good. I have not been able to get my train back on the track. I think I have it for a few hours or even a day or two then I slip off again. ARRRG!!!!!
The only way to not have to begin again is to not quit anymore. So Today I'm back on track. It will take a lot of effort to stay there. My husband noticed that when I wasn't getting on SparkPeople every day I began to get off the track.
I gained what I lost back!
I know that if I'm not paying attention and working at losing weight then I am going to gain it. So I know what to do and today I'm doing it.
Pixii-Licious posted today "Be willing to be a beginner every single morning." I'm printing that along with the things I need to do each day and posting it where I'll see it first thing each day. Thanks friend!!
So please bear with me as I begin again. I will be a success! My train is on the track. I might just be moving a little slower than I want, but I don't want to fall off again.
