Ok So I have lost 8 pounds - I think I can do this!
I am going to set up some rewards that I will have to work to obtain.
First: At 179 - 20 pounds gone - new shoes - workout shoes - I have a high instep so I need a decent shoe and my old ones are giving out. (From disuse - ssssssshhhhh)
At 169 - 30 pounds gone - a new outfit - head to toe - for the past several years I been buying clothes second hand or from the bargain bin - these will be NEW!
At 159 - a manicure, pedicure and an eyebrow dye (mine are blond and invisible) - nothing says congratulations better than a pedicure ---AHH.
At 148 - GOAL - a weekend away - to the beach or mountains - I will make plans as I get closer.
I think these goals oughta keep me motivated - give me something to look forward to.
