I am a mere 1 pound away from my prepregnancy weight, I am officially 219.4. I cleaned up my act this week and watched portions and stayed active and bam, lost 2 pounds. I am hoping this is going to be my woosh month. I go about 4 months plateauing or not losing and then drop 10 pounds and then maintain, then drop. This month I am changing my cardio to a mix of higher impact to slow recovery, so I hope that helps with getting things kicked started.
After the stress we are going through right now I really needed this, real bad.
