Weigh in day and another 2 lbs bites the dust.
I've just been logging everything I eat and drink in my Lose It app and keeping my calories in check. Guess what folks? It works! Tracking and staying within your limits does cause weight loss. I'll take this side effect any day.
I feel like I'm on top of the world right now. I'm in control. It's my decisions that are making a difference. No promises or magic here, only determination and desire. I know I could slip up at any given time...but I'm not perfect.
One time events do not cause permanent results. Do not beat yourself up or give up.
Consistency = Success
